Senior consultant
Candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in commercial software development, technical system analysis, design, development and integration, Bill of Material concepts, Collaborative Product Development and Information systems for manufacturing. Strong technical skills in Object Oriented analysis and design, Relational Database Management Systems (Oracle, SQL Server), Internet architectures, web portals, web tools (J2EE, XML, HTML, Scripting etc), GUI design, Client/Server technology, UNIX, NT, IP networking and security is required.

Programmer Analyst
Candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field with at least 1 year of experience in requirements analysis and the design and development of complex enterprise scale software. Position requires programming expertise in J2EE, XML, Web Services and Relational Databases with specific expertise in using at least four of the following: Visual Age for Java, Web Sphere Studio, Websphere Application Server, Apache Tomcat 4.0, SQL Server 7.0/2000, Transact-SQL and Rational Rose. Knowledge of Windows NT/2000, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML is a must.

Applications Engineer
Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience with enterprise or design software in the automotive industry. Understand the customer’s business issues/pains, map Campfire solutions to these pains, and educate customers regarding those solutions through informal and formal means, including demonstration. Also provide feedback to the product management group in order to refine our software solutions.

Should have a master’s degree in computer / business management and 2 years of related experience in Opportunity Management and Sales Forecasting business models in automotive and other industries based on an in-depth understanding of financial models, profit and loss statements, ledgers; Define computer algorithms to set up models for product costing & estimation, revenue management, sales forecasting and margin analysis; Define reporting mechanisms for periodic revenue tracking and reports that facilitate business strategic review; Analyze and develop models and software implementation techniques that associate the Bill of Materials to project based collaboration across the enterprise product development supply chain; Specify and implement technology policies, procedures, and guidelines; Involve in technical system analysis, architecture design, development and integration using technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, OOPS, J2EE, XML, AJAX, HTML, VB.NET, C#, client server and n-tier web based architectures, Windows 2000/Unix environments
